Working with me is easy (in my opinion)! I’m a big believer in providing a good customer experience – a lot of my business comes from repeat customers and I feel that speaks volumes for both the work I produce on their behalf and the quality of service I offer. My approach is simple: if you’re not delighted with the work I’ve produced, I haven’t done my job properly!
Some clients have a clear brief for me to work against, and that’s great. Others appreciate the opportunity to throw ideas around with me until we decide on the vision for their project. I take the time to really understand your business and have many years’ experience in writing, designing and marketing. This means I’m ideally placed to make recommendations for you based on what I know works and what doesn’t.
After agreeing on project direction and being given the ‘go ahead’ to commence work, no money changes hands* until the finished work is signed off by you. Once payment is received, I supply you with the relevant files (and look forward to hopefully working with you again on a future project!).
I prefer agree a flat price on the majority of jobs I do. It gives my clients the confidence of knowing there are no ‘hidden extras’ or nasty surprises, and lets both parties plan their cashflow better.
If preferred, I’m also happy to work against an agreed hourly rate, based on an estimate for how long a job will take.
* If the agreed price of the project exceeds a certain value, I require a 50% deposit with the remainder payable when the finished work is signed off.
